Sending Love
As a fan of the Florentine Opera Company, I always wanted to make posters for their beautiful productions. Without knowing anyone at the company, I took it upon myself to create something fun and send some love to them personally. I looked at the season lineup, created a promotional poster and exhibited it on Gallery Night. I then sent the poster to the Florentine Opera Company with the simple note, “Thanks for the inspiration”. As a result I was contacted, and wonderful art was created for them.
